The development technology was ASP.NET and SQL Server. This application consists on the Knowledgebase, Inventory tracking and sitemap, Tech scheduling, Synchronization of contact to Outlook mail, SLA enforcement, Reporting component and Contracts. It can run a scan over the network and can obtain and maintain data for all types of computers and peripherals thus giving the network administrators a very valuable and time saving advantage.
