Islamabad, Pakistan, April 13, 2010: The United States Employees Association is a prestigious Club that caters the foreigners/diplomatic community in the federal capital and in all major cities of Pakistan.

USEA was currently facing serious problems in managing financials, Assets management, human resource management, Supply Chain management and Member Information management. The USEA administration was not getting optimized and clear picture for works detail in progress, budgeted expenditures, contracted expenditure, scheduled date of expenditure and the committed financial amount report that may help USEA administration and top management in efficient decision. For this purpose, they approached various solution providers of SAP, Oracle Financial and Microsoft Great Plains in Pakistan. After undergoing an extremely competitive selection process, ESOLPK GROUP has been selected to do this automation project on the Microsoft Great Plains platform and technology. ESOLPK has been awarded this contract for IT solutions and services for American Club on the basis of its past excellent track record and history of 10 years.

The solution that we have proposed here can manage USEA routine tasks smoothly. In addition, our proposed system can generate extensive reporting that may roll fast USEA administration and top management decisions in an efficient and realistic way.

The solution by ESOLPK includes supply/ implementation of Financials, HR & Payroll and Retail Management System of at 7 locations in Pakistan. This will facilitate USEA administration in efficient handling of Member Information Management System, Financials, Asset management, Supply Management System, Human Resources and Payroll. The Microsoft Dynamics solution embedded with extensive and efficient reporting system will deliver reports to USEA top management regarding Asset management, Cash Management, Supply Chain, Human Resources and Payroll. ESOLPK today announced that it has received ISO 9001:2008 certification renewal successfully, affirming its adherence to the internationally recognized standards of quality management. The certification process for ISO 9001:2008 involved review on projects and key processes in ESOLPK that were audited on March 26th, 2010.

ISO 9001 certification is an important measure of management and operational controls, as it evaluates organizations according to the same rigorous standards employed by the most highly respected manufacturing companies in the world. ESOLPK earned its first company-wide ISO 9001 certification in 2004, and has successfully renewed them on schedule every years since.

The ISO 9001 standard was revised in 2008 to incorporate improvements gained from experience, to focus on organizational compliance and to align the certification with the approach of other ISO specifications, such as ISO 14001. ESOLPK was audited and certified to the new requirements. Some of the requirements in ISO 9001:2008 include:

- a set of procedures that cover all key processes in the business;
- monitoring processes to ensure they are effective;
- keeping adequate records;
- checking output for defects, with appropriate and corrective action where necessary;
- regularly reviewing individual processes and the quality system itself for effectiveness; and
- facilitating continual improvement

Home spice Décor were using Microsoft Dynamic Navision and needed to develop an interface where someone can log in and enter sales orders. For this project, they hired ESOLPK's services. ESOLPK will take care of client needs of sales order interface to be the only part of their Navision that they have access to. The brief objective and goal of this project is development of web based form that will help users to enter sales order. The proposed solution will be using ASP.NET and MS SQL Server technologies.

The annual ceremony for the year 2009 was celebrated at the premises of ESOLPK on 27th March, 2009. CEO, Mr. Ahsan Ahmad highlighted last years performance while clarifying the milestones and strategies for the year 2009. Detailed performance reviews for the year 2008 were presented by the managers of respective departments. "Star Awards" were distributed to the deserving employees on their sparkling performance through out the year 2008.

A UK based company acquired the services of ESOLPK for the development of a SharePoint (MOSS 2007) portal. This portal will be integrated with MS Windows 2003 Enterprise R2 including Active Directory, MS Exchange 2003, SQL Server 2005 and IIS 6.0 Web Server.

The key features of this portal would be easy, interactive and quick access to information and services; and automation of Operations management and monitoring. Features such audience targeting, personalization and alerts would keep the user well informed and focused.

The easier customization provided by ESOLPK for the portal will result in easy and quick response to the fast-paced changes of the company's business needs. Project development would be transferred to the company's SharePoint server after completion of project.

ESOLPK is happy to announce the first entry into Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We have been awarded a large contract for a Saudi Arabian based Telecom and IT firm, Orientec http://www.orientec-int.com. ESOLPK will provide dedicated offshore technical resources for the development of city web portal of capital city Riyadh on long term basis. The firm has plans to expand this portal to whole Saudi Arabia in later stages.

ESOLPK is arranging a team of 5 members under the supervision of Senior Technical Lead to start working on the project. Provided resources will develop and maintain the Portal on on-going basis.
