Massachusetts hospital Association is looking for the design & development of an online compensation survey application for the hospital industry. Currently they have been producing this survey for many years using excel spreadsheets for data collection and an Access database for reporting. At this point about 100 hospitals from Massachusetts participate in the survey,but they want to launch the Internet based survey for all states toparticipate. The highest level of data security is necessary as hospitals can only have access to their own raw data
