What We Offer

We strive to provide a climate that nurtures the holistic development of our associates. Here is a summary description of our existing benefits package:

Vacations
A fulltime employee is entitled to get 16 paid annual leaves (inclusive of sick leaves and exclusive of Sundays) in a year. Additional leaves can be granted depending on the severity of the case.

Holidays
We follow the pattern of holidays that is set by the Government of Pakistan. These holidays are paid and are excluded from the annual leave quota.

Healthcare Benefits
We provide comprehensive medical insurance benefits to our associates.

Loans
Associates are provided financial assistance in case of an emergency.

Educational Benefits
We train our new as well as existing employees. The company designs the training programs by matching current deficiency levels. We finance our employees with their higher education, short courses, seminars, training workshops etc.

Paid Days Off
Associates are eligible to avail 16 working days per year as vacation leave.

Maternity Leave
Maternity leave is for a period of 12 weeks which is inclusive of intervening Saturdays, Sundays, and other holidays.
